Dr. Bindlish lasered both my retinas and did a superb job from initial contact to final inspections. Punctuality rating is simply indicative of a busy competent physician - TOP MARKS!

Just spent over an hour waiting in Dr Bindlish's office at Hopedale Mall. As always, wait was over 1 hour, chairs full, people (average age 70 years) lined up in hallway. Shameful, this is how he chooses to run his practice. Today he was 1 hour late arriving. Worse than usual. No apologies, staff indifferent.
