Really poor staff. Although Dr. Heikal is nice her staff are dreadful. They are condescending, rude and ignorant without manners and this overshadows Dr. Heikal service. They overbook her and patients spend a great deal of time waiting. Bad experience.

This was the worst experience in my 54 yrs. the wait was never less than 1 hr usually 2, she pushed pills to get you out quickly, she forgot what medical procedures you had, feel like she is out to make money and nothing more
