Dr. Tram is excellent, knowledgeable and welcoming. The staff.... Not so much plus there are walk in patients. The clinic cares more about seeing more patients versus looking after patients who have registered with dr. Tram.

I waited over an hour and a half once. Wait time ranges from 5 minutes to an hour and a half. She takes walk in in between enrolled patients which makes it hard for the patients who have appointments. The management of the clinic needs improvement but Dr. Tram herself is excellent.

Dr Tram is one of those rare doctors that doesn't make you feel like you are just a number- even if your visit is quick, you feel like she had time for you.

Never had to wait more than 20min and even then they apologize that Dr. Tram was running late. Very respectful staff. Dr. Tram is very helfpul and empathetic.
