He takes his time with you and explains things well. Very kind and thoughtful. I came from Toronto quite a few years ago and feel very lucky that he is now my physician.

Dr Yates is very personable and listens well to his patients. My family has been with him for several years. His kindness and helpfulness can also keep him out of his practice for periods of times, which seems to often coincide with the time that ailments come affect us. It is unfortunate that many illnesses or accidents, are by nature unpredictable and unplaned for, making it difficult to have an appointment conveniently scheduled when they happen. It is a pity that the office staff is not always very receptive to the need of patients. I do not appreciate being sent to a walk-in clinic where the physician has no clue about your health record and half the consultation has to be about reashing it.
