Have been seeing this doctor since February and so many bad expierences have been had. First off, she has changed 6 nurses in 7 months, she's either hiring unexpierenced nurses (which is 100% a fact) OR they're not happy working for her. (don't blame them) She is a VERY cold woman and does not care about your well being. Its all about money for her, even her staff tell you that. She fired one nurse after administering injections to me when she should have never given it to me due to blood levels being off from MANY cysts she created. I ovulated and they failed to call me tell me, it would have to be another mistake they admit to doing so they didn't want to face it. You need to tell her nurses what to do, they have no idea about infertility, protocol or treatments. When i went in to ask her to talk about everything that had happened she told me i was upset because I'm not pregnant and thats it, opened her door for me to leave. (she tries to play mind games with you and she is very disrespectful in my eyes. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC OR TO DR.ELFORD, you will regret it. Wish i could only tell her patience this. SHE DOES NOT CARE.

Dr. Elford and the entire staff are extremely friendly she takes her time when talking to her patients. All assisting nurses are very calm, positive and understanding when they speak to you, also the ladies at the reception specially Elena. Feel very warm and welcome at the office. THANK YOU!!

Extremely caring, never feel rushed, answers all questions even repeat questions!, gives all options every visit. U/s techs great, her asst great, other front desk staff seem lost sometimes
