A great doctor who listens. She and Karen in the office are extremely organized. I doubt I could find a better family doctor and my wife agrees.

Very professional. Asks a lot of questions and addresses everything you went in there for and doesn't usher you out the door quickly. Would highly recommend her.

It is hard to get through to the office, closed fridays, do not take messages for appointment cancellations. Then will charge if you have not called. Line is often busy. Asked me if I thought I wanted any blood work done and what kind at my yearly.....how should i know it that not her job to recommend. She has been wonderful and helpful with other members of my family. Easy to talk to. Although I often feel that I could look info up on the internet.

A great doctor and a very caring person for sure, but is in desperate need of some customer relationship management as it is often difficult to get through to the office and/or get an appointment with her. When I have a cold I usually end up going to a walk-in clinic because it just takes too long to get to her.

DR Graham replaced the great Dr Owen, and those are big shoes to fill! She is an amazing Dr who listens and has helped as our family Dr since Dr Owen retired. She helped my mom immensely and I will forever be greatful!!

She's a very nice person, helpful doctor. Her staff will not make it easy to get in for an appointment, say how busy she is, then when you get there you're alone in the waiting room. They don't answer the phone at lunch, closed on Fridays.
