Office staff is incompetent and inept. Paperwork is not done in an orderly fashion, if at all, faxes and phone calls to referring and referred doctors not done, excuses and lies on top of lies and the doctor covered for his rude staff. If you choose to use this ENT do all follow up calls to labs and hospitals, clinics and imagery yourself.

if you become a patient; do all the paperwork and necessary phone calls to hospitals, other doctors, labs etc. Do not, under any circumstances, trust his office staff to do their job, relay messages, transcribe files, fax or email pertinent information. They will lie and then lie more to cover up their mistakes. A dreadful and life altering situation in that office.

Dr. Riddell is one of the MOST caring and intelligent physicians I know. He is EXCELLENT with children, wonderful bedside manners, and he talks to you so that you can understand him, he really knows his proffession. We have no problem recommending him to anyone.
