I was very nervous going to him because of some of the ratings but was very satisfied with the service. He was very friendly and efficient. The procedure was painless and I now know not to listen to a few negative statements.

refuses to listen, very defensive, "my way or the highway" kind of attitude...I am already seeking a different doc.
