Very late for my appointment. Claimed did not have my complete file and knew nothing about issue as was not in my file. I observed the file on his desk and had sticky note attached to the file which he claimed he never had. Very unorganized. When examining you, he does not touch area having problem with. Just look at area. Caught him making a statement that was incorrect and left me wondering if he had the right file on me. Made a verbal statement about my injury and in report he stated something else that was totally different. Rushed through assessment and had no time to answer questions. Only 1 staff at office desk and left shortly after I entered and checked in only not to return when finished the assessment and he asked me to wait to get papers to do survey. Waited 15 minutes and still nobody returned to the desk.

From the very first time my son and I met with Dr. Yardley we knew he was gonna be great. He is so down to earth and took the time to explain everything. Even after my sons surgery our follow up appointment was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Dr. Yardley to everyone.
