I have dealt with Dr Scotton from the first night of my medical condition....20 years ago. He is the nicest, easy going, more than willing to answer your questions, and very good at calming my terrifying situation, and more than willing to talk. He does not make you feel like you are on an assembly line, when his situation is backed up, I never felt rushed.
