Terrible experience with this duo, wife is very rude and tries to run e erything. Too bad the doctor is her husband and listens to her.

Dr. Collins took care of my mom in long term care. He prescribed an antidepressant for a woman he diagnosed as demented and never even saw her to prescribe. His secretary sheila is an ignorant and rude person. Told me, as executor and beneficiary of my moms estate, i had no right to her health information as they had another power of attorney listed, when in fact my mom had three and one was used for ling term care billing only. Besides, once death takes place, power of attorney is no longer in force, but executor of the will is. And thats me. I will definitely be requesting my dead mothers health record under phipa and freedom of information as well. Right now dr. Collins is refusing to sign a revenue canada form stating my mother was disabled for income tax purposes because,as oer sheila dr. Collins needs proof she was blind in one eye, a condition she had before being his patient and to which he should have record of on intake. But he has a great business billing ohip for ling term care patients alomg with a private practice

I have yet to meet the doctor but I haven't heard anything good about him but his secretary Sheila is EXTREMELY rude!!!!

Very poor bedside manner. One member of his staff are incredibly rude. I think her name is Shiela. He embarrassed my daughter by being inappropriate with her. Not impressed with Dr Collins as he is uncaring, abrupt and uses off colour comments and exhibits inappropriate behaviour
