The secretary is unpleasantly brisk and bossy in tone. The nurse is abrupt and condescending. Staff have been overheard discussing confidential details by persons in the waiting room. Info from past appointments has at times been missing or inaccessible. Dr. Kennedy is looking stressed. Is it any wonder.

The only reason I have her punctuality as 4 is that there are times she is behind schedule, however this is generally because she had to deliver a baby in the middle of the night or make a house call to a shut-in patient. It is hard to really penalize her for taking awesome care of her patients. I have been seeing Dr Kennedy since I was 15 years old. She has delivered each of my children, and has always been comforting and trustworthy. I would travel as far as I ever need to to keep her as my family doctor.
