Worst experience with a GP ever! What a joke. Tried several times to see the doctor and waited over 2hrs each time. Being made to discuss personal issues in front of a room full of waiting people.No wonder the emergency rooms are packed, cause that's where I'm headed

Do not agree with his 'open hours' My time is just as valuable as his. Sitting waiting for 3 hrs. is not acceptable for me.

Last time I waited 2 hours & 20 minutes to see Dr. Dharssi but saw his nurse practitioner instead. He was in the office at the time. No apologies for the wait which is a typical wait time at Dr. Dharssi's walk-in clinic. If you are not in good health, this is an ordeal.

Condescending to my elderly father. Is doing nothing to get him into heart surgery, just letting him decline. Tried to push a DNR without asking his actual answer. Walk-ins only mean hours and hours of waiting. Tough when you're elderly and il..

I am not a fan of Dr. Dharssi's walk-in clinic. I do not want to be a number in his group sessions either. I thought one of the main points of having a GP is so you do not have to attend a walk-in clinic but could actually make an appointment for an an actual time during your day.

Always late, leaves appt then ones back after I wait for 20 or more minutes, never has an opinion about health problem that brought me to the office in the first place. Poor attitude and not at all helpful Looking of a new doctor

I don't feel that he is at all helpful. He seems more interested in group meeting rather than one on one. Always late and rushed. Waiting time inter office is very long usually over 30 min or more

Didn't feel he was doing the job for me. Typical of the new wave of doctors. Just overseas what the staff is doing. Getting a new one. Wasn't impressed by staff at all.

Dr. Dharssi is seldom on time but always apologizes for keeping you waiting. Time constraint is an issue. Having to request a longer appt. or having to make another appt. is not something I am accustomed to. He appears very caring but the N.P. needs to improve her attitude. She is always rushing you. His RN is great and very knowledgeable.
