Very thorough. Identified some key issues with my wife and I, neither of which were trivial diagnoses and both of which were resolved successfully (one through a specialist; the other through a rare operation in Toronto)

Each time I have come in, Dr. Saville has spent extra time with me. She takes time to listen to my problems, is knowledgeable and caring. She always tells me my results and my blood pressure. I love this, because I write them down for my records. She has been able to squeeze me in on the same day that I call. Her staff at the new location is polite, helpful and always returns my calls. Her walk in clinic is never busy and I am usually seen quickly, which is great as I have never had to sit in a busy waiting room surrounded by sick people like other walk in clinics. I have recommended this doctor to my family and friends.

I find Dr Saville not helpful at all as a doctor. I find myself going to after hour clinics due to her lack of proper diagnosis or caring.

I am very happy with the move to her new location and her medical receptionist at this location is the best I have seen, much better than at her previous location.
