His office staff are so lovely to deal with,especially his mother. Dr. Newall really cares about his patients. You can see it in his eyes, manner and voice. Even though he wasn't able to help my husband, we left his office feeling that this gentle man cared about us. He has a kind soul. Thank you for being a port in the rough and tumble sea that is the health care system.

A lovely gentleman who comes out to greet you shakes your hand and introduces himself. He looks you in the eye and listens very carefully. He does not talk down to you. He is patient and leaves you with the feeling that he really cares about your condition and wants to help. A rarity nowadays.
