Dr.Green treated me in the hospital and completely ignored my pleas for various tests. I knew I was severely ill and never go to the hospital unless there is something seriously wrong. He actually rolled his eyes at me and kept trying to convince me I "only had a virus". It wasn't until I had another amazing doctor scheduled a colonoscopy that I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. I nearly lost my colon- but yeah it was just a virus! Dr. Green was cold and did not offer any information about this disease-while he did his rounds and I was still in hospital on IV treatments. One of the worst doctors ever!

Dr Green misdiagnosed my colon cancer in 2012 and by the next colonoscopy in 2014 had become stage 4 and matastcised to my liver and ovary. The Surgeon stated that the cancer had to have been there for at least four years. During the 2012 colonoscopy I actually woke up during the procedure. Dr. Green showed no compassion just announced that I had cancer and walked out of the room. He is the atypical aragant egoistical physician we hear about and fear. My husband called him as there was no follow up on his behalf. When challenged as to the fact he missed the cancer previously he replied that colonoscopy is only 97 percent accurate anyway.

When a doctor leans back with his hands behind his head and NOT on your chart, then you know that the visit doesn't mean much to him. He is very knowledgeable but not very forthcoming.

I found that if the proper questions were not asked the information was not offered. I received a laisez faire attitude from Dr. Green. He shrugged his shoulders several times to my questions. My family physician was more helpful with those questions.

My husband had a colonoscopy done at the Downsview Endoscopy Clinic by Dr. Daniel Green. Excellent doctor- very caring and reassuring. After calling my husband, he called me separately upon my husband's request to explain to me the test results as well. Mimi, the medical secretary was also very helpful and reassuring. Thanks for all the great work you do Dr. Green and team!
