I have seen some of the coments patients made, let's not forget our Health system has changed. One thing I agree with Monica was abrupt. To me she was always helpful - got me to the right Secialist, as far as waiting time: if a Patient before you akes more time what can Dr. Lettner do, sorry your time is out? I just moved recently to BC sure hope I find an other Doctor like her.

I was 16 when I joined Dr. Lettners list of patients and have loved almost every minute of it. Hiring Monica was her only downfall to which lead me to looking for another doctor. Monica is now gone and the service is back. Dr. Lettner has returned to her usual kind hearted self. She is the BEST!!
