Although the waiting time averages about an hour, she is very professional and thorough with you. explaining in detail her prognosis. Her reputation is well known and highly regarded. I highly recommend Dr Baziuk

Avoid if you can. Worst run office I have ever visited. Came from out of town, waited 4.5 hours with no contact from staff or anyone else, and had to leave without seeing the doctor in order to catch train home.

had appointment at 1:30 on June 20'16 arrived twenty minutes early to find 18 persons also waiting to see this one doctor and several more outside.at an average of 15 minutes per patient I was looking at a minimum of 4 to 6 hous wait time. The doctor is busy, granted, but has absolutely no consideration for her patients .How would she like it if I scheduled an appointment for 1:30 and showed up at 5:30. To me, an appointment is an APPOINTMENT. I am willing to wait an hour or so considering the double/triple booking of patients but anything over that is ridiculous. I cancelled my appointment and told her I would find another doctor. I have to wonder, after rushing through all of those patients every day. how much quality CARE is being given to each.

Dr. Bazuik cares very much about her patients. I have been seeing her for years and would not consider changing even after moving away from Oshawa and have to drive 3.5 hours just to see her. Yes there is at least a 3hr wait, its worth it to have someone with her expertise looking after my sight.

Great doctor and very knowledgeable, but long waits in her office. Average duration in office is 3-5 hours (including 1 hr for drops to take effect). Office is always busy with patients (standing room only), which makes the environment a little crazy. Staff do a decent job considering this busy atmosphere.

Dr. Baziuk is highly skilled professional who honestly cares about her patients, she & her staff will talk to you in manner about you condition that makes it easy for you to understand and she pulls no punches. Your well being is the promary concern of her and her staff. I should know I have been seeing her since 1998.

This Woman and her staff are wonderful. They care about you. She is a very busy woman with lots, and lots of patience but she cares about you. She is the best eye doctor i have every met. And her staff are on the ball all the time.
