If there is beyond the 5 to be scored, Dr. Elias deserves it. She is knowledgeable/caring/punctual. To sum up, when you walk into her clinic you have to rest assured that you will get the right diagnosis/treatment. She is professional in all aspects.

Dr. Elias may be a good doctor but I would not know. She does not communicate and is very cold. The waiting room average for me was 45 minutes even to,simply renew a prescription. I never felt that she cared even a little bit, that is why I found a new doctor.

Unless she likes you, which is very rare, she does not care, very unprofessional, don't trust her knowledge and most importantly, she almost killed one relative, from lack of concern and treatment, and another relative she's left in chronic pain for months with no tests, treatment, etc. as each time you go to her she'll only allow ONE compliant, as she says, per visit! Do NOT go to her!!, Unless you want to suffer!

Word for the wise, find another doctor. Wait times are ridiculous and her bed side manners needs a lot of work.

Very profesional and wholesome doctor. Might not get in on time but as soon as she's in there, she solves the matter right away without hesitation. She knows what she's doing.

Dr. Elias is very caring, warm, sincere and knowledgeable...very hard to find in doctors these days...I absolutely love her...I followed her when she moved her practise from Ajax to Oshawa...she's that good...Tasha her secretary needs much credit also...always helpful and understanding...makes going to the doctor enjoyable...
