The whole operation is superb.We have never had a doctor who more knowledgeable,friendly,caring and up-to-date. he is prompt courteous and takes time to listen and understand our. issues.Hope you are lucky enough to have him as your doctor.

Being a professional should come with a level of understanding of your role to the public. You chose this profession and you understood the challenges. Dr.Bhimani can be rude and abrupt, he needs to slow down and appreciate his patients, staff and colleagues. The "temper tantums" should be left for the toddlers. It is shocking to see an educated man unaware of how his moods affect others around him. I can not honestly comment on his skills as a doctor as it is very difficult to see through the wall of unapproachable bedside manner. Its time for him to consider if this is how he wants to be viewed.

Our family moved to Whitby and very luckily found Dr. Bhimani. He is the best doctor I have ever met. Any of our questions are important to him. He is so patient and professional to answer and give instructions. We feel so relaxing and comfortable to communicate with him. Highly recommended to any persons who are in necessity.

If you ask me if I like Dr. Bhimani I'll answer 'No...I love him! He's nice, have excellent manners, is knowledgeable, caring...what else can you ask from your doctor?

I've been trying for days to make an appointment. Either the phone is busy, or I get put on hold forever. Very frustrating. I was sent over to my old doctor's to get my records, but that's not how it's done! They are supposed to request my records directly, but I can't get a hold of anybody to tell them!

staff very nice long waits dr did not care to help. i have health issues that i want help with. went to him asking to take me on and help me. i am not looking for medication, odsp or anything like that...just help...a cure...a solution... he told me he wouldnt help me and i should stay with the dr i have because he pretty much didnt want to go over and beyond anything my dr had already done. as i was leaving in tears, he slammed the door in my face. i hadnt even left the office and he was shutting the door on me. very rude and seems like he just wants to be a walk in clinic type of dr. i do not recommend. there are other drs out there willing to help and go out of their way. not just collect and go home.

We moved to Oshawa a year ago and I happen to walk into the clinic where Dr. Bhimani was working . Immediately, I could see that he was just not another doctor doing "his shift" at the clinic. He seemed to care about me , my health and my concerns right away. Not many doctors do that on your first cold introduction. Followed up with Dr. Bhimani and brought the rest of my family to his practice/office and we've been there every since. Great staff and great doctor who actually is concerned about you and what you are going through. Highly recommend him.
