I don't understand why previous raters think the Doctor should remember their details. He probably sees perhaps 80+ patients per day. Dr McLelland has been my family doctor for over 35 years. He is patient and listens to any issues and spends time to explain things. Even never seems rushed though he is obviously very busy. Couldn't ask for more than that.

Dr McLelland is kind and compassionate. Some times overbooked and forgets why you are there (even when you are recalled) Perhaps staff could assist by putting a sticky note on paperwork (recall for bloodwork) always feels embarrassing when he asks why you are there and he is the one that asked you to come back?

Somewhat helpful but forgets he sent you for a test and asks you why you are there! Troubling!
