Too buys or disinterested. Not sure which applies but when you ask a doctor for their opinion and they ask you "what do you want to do", then you know that it is time to find another doctor. No follow up on results either.

Has become quite lax & uncaring due to being too busy. Missing diagnoses, not taking time - not even giving proper physicals (15 min.!), not taking time to listen.
