Dr. Lai Fatt accepted my son as a permanent patient after I waited for 8 weeks to get my GP to see him for respiratory issues. My son had a previous referral with Dr. Lai Fatt and he just took him on, no questions. He saw my son 3 times in two weeks. He diagnosed asthma, prescribed meds, did two follow-ups and a teaching appointment to make sure that he would be ok. An amazing man!

my son was very ill, he left a meeting to see him the same day my dr called, he even seen him next morning. kept me calm and although my son had scarlet fever i followed his advice and he's doning good today
