Dr. Bob has been my Dr. for a number of years and has put at least 10 tubes into my ear. Always a pleasure to meet with him! Always prepared! And funny to boot! I Like him!

I knew I was in great hands going in for my first operation. He made me feel so relaxed and explained the procedure thoroughly to me. He is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. He is also very funny and we are lucky to have him. Don't ever retire. Thank you Dr. Kassel for such an awesome job.

Dr. Kassel is efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. He immediately identified my issue, answered my questions, and booked me for treatment. I would have liked some more information on the cause, but I also didn't ask more questions. It wasn't until I returned home to review what he said that I realized the diagnosis could be serious. I called the office and spoke with his friendly staff, who granted me some additional answers procured from Dr. Kassel. Overall, very professional and a pleasant experience.
