The worst doctor ever. Not open to trying anything unless it's a drug and she thinks it's the only way. Not nice as well. In a rush to get you out of her office.

Dr. Lapena is the worst doctor I have ever met. She has been our family doctor for 9 years and I choose to go to urgent care as often as possible to avoid going to her. You could not find a least caring individual on this planet. She is dismissive and rude and provides no advice whatsoever. This is why I'm on this site...looking for a new family doctor.

Dr. Lapena isn't really listening to the complaint, she is quick to jump to conclusions and if there's nothing wrong with you it'll be a hassle to be sent to have any type of analysis done. Betsy, the staff, is wonderful.

Dr. Lapena is wonderful. She listens to her patients and she is frank. Her admin. staff is the best I have ever dealt with. I feel confident in their care.
