Heather, the 'Receptionist' is rude and curt and you can be reassured that she will do her best to do the minimum of what is expected of her. Dr. Papadopoulos may have some knowledge, but she has no scruples or bedside manner, whatsoever. Her 'medical practice' is clearly nothing more than a business to her. She has no qualms charging patients outrageous fees, at least 3 times the Ontario Medical Associations directed standards. Her 'Office Manager' is also rude, unprofessional and always dresses as though he is going to the gym. Everyone in our household will no longer be attending her office as patients. We are considering filing a formal complaint with the College of Physicians and Surgeons Ontario.

Doctor is great and her as distant Amanda is awesome. I have been with them for years.

Nurse / assistant sometimes forgets to set up required appointments with other doctors. This is a problem as policy is..."don't call. I'll call you when set-up" Same policy for test results, "If there is a problem, I'll call you. If I don't call, there is no problem." Also sometimes mixes up appointments.
