I had an excellent experience with Dr Henry. He is knowledgeable, caring, spent time to talk to me and made sure my operation went smoothly and painlessly. Thanks to his office assistance as well for her prompt and cheerful response.

He is very arrogant and sarcastic. He gave me wrong advise without taking the time to look at it. I had a terrible experiences with him. I defiantly will not recommend him to anyone.

He advised me with the wrong advise and he takes his time special with the referrals. he gave me misleading advise. I do not recommend anyone to see him. I had a terrible experience.

Dr. Henry is excellent. His staff are sabotaging his appointments. On 2 occasions, 18 months apart, I had to physically go to the office to get crucial info. Each time, the receptionist said phones were the problem.(after 18 months!) I faxed a compalint, asking how could I continue as patient when I couldn't even reach them to verify an appointment date. As punishment for complaining, the staff will not give me an apopintment with this excellent doctor. I wanted Dr. Henry to know about the problem but obviously he's in the dark. I hope he reads this.

Dr. Henry is great. He is professional and kind. The admin ladies can be snippy and when you call you get put on hold without being greeted first but I guess I am not going their to see them. Highly recommend Dr. Henry!
