Many thanks to Dr. Kraag for his excellent care over the past 17 years. I wish him well in his retirement but will really miss his knowledgable, caring, professional counsel. I also will especially miss his sense of humour. All the best in life Dr. Kraag.

Dr. Kraag has cared for my arthritis (Osteo and psoriatic) for 35 years, always with compassion, humour and a strong professional attitude. I would recommend him unreservedly.

Very disappointed with my last two appointments with Dr. Kraag, and have been seeing him off and on over the past 10 or more years for bad fibromyalgia, and now severe degenerative disc disease. And I have referred people to him over the years. Resident comes in and asks a lot of questions, once again as at the last appointment, answers to which are already known, from years of suffering, and Dr. Kraag comes in after for all of 2 minutes. I was looking once again for advice and a referral to a surgeon as to whether I should have back surgery or not. Did not get, was made to feel very small and unimportant, go away. Not impressed once again. Extremely disappointed once again...I needed some compassion and a referral to a specialist so that I at least know what my options are, aside from a lifteime of pain. You used to be so much better...and at least sympathized and had compassion. Where has that gone?

felt dismissed. Takes a lot to get me to a doctor, I do not expect a lot but did not live up to even that expectation
