Dr. Dhaliwal secretary has no people skills and never returns your calls/voice mails you constantly have to call and she is somewhat unpleasant. 8 Years ago was schedule for a scope, show up for the 12 hrs no food intake for the procedure and she (secretary) tell me the Dr is sick and I was never informed and from her expression didnt give a crap. 8 years later she was told to schedule an appointment with the General never got the appointment. Called the secretary 3 weeks prior the meeting with Harry Dhaliwal to review the results from the General she didn't have a clue what I was talking about (the instructions were given in person to her with my wife present. Honestly i have no idea why this person is in this service to help patients with pancreas problems. Time for a change in staff immediately before somebody loses their life from her lack of care (honestly). Considering changing Specialist to one office that cares...

I waited 3 hours at the Civic Endoscope clinic for Dr. Dhaliwal, other than the long wait the doctor, nurses, and receptionist were great.

Dr. Dhaliwal was knowledgeable and the staff were excellent. The issue I had with the service was that I was scheduled for a colonoscopy before anyone ever talked to me about my issues. The exam was fine and quick. The followup was less enjoyable. I was given a prescription immediately. When I asked questions about the reasons for my "lazy" bowels he said it happens when we age. I asked about potential ways to help, diet, exercise, and so on. He dismissed these options. When I talked about my hypothyroid and asked if I should be referred to an endocrinologist he dismissed that as well. My overall feeling was that I was wasting my time asking questions and I should just take the meds.

Dr. Dhaliwal is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. He has excellent bed-side manner and goes out of his way to explain things clearly and reduce anxiety when possible. He's awesome
