Reception failed to notify me of an important appoint.. Have to ask numerous time for anything. Dr H. Assaad annual physical is a big joke.? God help the younger patient that wouldnt know any better. She failed not 1 but 2 to a request specific blood test.Ontario health had to call her to get it done. No follow ups, even when it is specifically suggested by other specialists to do so. NO DOCTORS as the right to play with your well being. Im back to my old clinic, best to drive the distance.
