Dr. Whittakker has been my family physician for the past 11 years. He is very observant about items we sometimes neglect. Referrals to specialists always results in timely followup.

About 20 family members left this Dr. a year ago. Receptionist rude and you could never get an appt. Too bad practice went downhill after Ginger left. He stopped caring about patients and wrote prescriptions instead. Would not refill faxed prescriptions.

DR. Whittaker as been my Dr. for the pass 11 years. I never felled this way for a Dr. before. if you need refill prescription and there is no appointment left before you run out. They will get you between patient or short the lunch time of the Dr. for you. this is services at a the best.

Am one of Dr. Whittaker's original patients since he returned from practicing in Toronto. He is the most knowledgeable, caring and thorough doctor you will ever meet. He works many, many long hours and yet cares for many patients. If he is running a little late on occasion it is only because he is taking the time he needs with the patient before you. You would want the same courtesy extended to you. Can't tell you how blessed I feel to have him as my doctor.

It appears that Dr. Whittaker is in the field for money, and not the well being of his patients. It's all about how many people he can see per day, as he gets paid per patient. This is why he spends no time with patients, rather quickly writes a perscription and sends you off. Also, they stopped doing prescription refills by fax from pharmacy in order to have patient come in person to get money for seeing them. Was told by admin to go to emerg or walk in clinic for refill prescription because Whittaker did not have an apt availabile until three months! So basically told, " find another doctor who cares." Nevermind that it's lifesaving medication that could easily be refilled over phone with pharmacist. Would never recommend this uncaring dr and his office doesn't care either. They have their marching orders.

Dr. Whittaker is extremely caring and knowledgeable. He explains things in a way that is easily understandable, and he treats patients with respect. He makes me feel like he welcomes and appreciates my questions which leaves me feeling aware of my health.

I have never had a family physician who is so caring and knowledgeable. I like having a doctor who listens to me and my issues and does something about it. Both Lynn and Ginger are wonderful and very helpful to deal with.

Fantastic bedside manner and really cares about providing the right answers and looking for the best way to treat his patients. He's always looking for current information and up-to-date 'real' treatments - not just a pill-pusher, he really wants you to be healthy!

Best Doctor I've ever had!! He doesn't leave anything to chance and explains himself and medical terminology clearly so it is understood! He knows the right specialist to refer to whenever required and makes his patients comfortable and confident in his abilities.

Doctor Whittaker is a gem as a family doctor. I very skilled and his office is run in a very efficient way. Despite being very busy , the staff will make it possible to meet the doctor in a timely fashion.
