Yes the lines are busy but that just goes to show that the doctor is also busy. Any follow-up tests are booked in as timely as fashion as possible and notification is given quickly. I find assistant very helpful and friendly.

Takes forever to get through on the phone, if the office is even open. Takes weeks to get an appointment and follow up to ensure you got an appt for specialists doesnt happen.

Doctor Zwicker is a great doctor but it is almost impossible to get through on the phone lines. You can't leave a message and if you do get through (rare) its sometimes months before he is availaable.
