Dr Putter is an excellent doctor and anyone in the area of Sarnia Lambton will know when you go to him. He is very thorough. I am both proud and thankful that he took me as his patient.

I am sure he is a very good diagnostician after his E.R. work of the last 10 years. I have heard his compassion and caring leaves a lot to be desired. His staff would certainly benefit from some P.R. training. Following in Dr. Garretts reputation --- leaves a lot to be desired.

I just had my first experience dealing with Dr. Putter. I am very pleased with the way he is handling his new Family Medicine practice. Able to call his office in the morning to get an appointment the same day is great. I realize that it takes a little time to get through on the phone but you do get through and a very pleasant person takes your call. There was a few times available when I called. Another thing is I like that if you can wait for an appointment you can get one another day in the morning from 8 and 10:00. The rest of the day from 10:00 on is available for same day appointments which is great for people who need an appointment ASAP. Before you see the doctor you see his nurse who gets information from you and take your blood pressure, etc. After I saw the nurse I saw Dr. Putter who was vey professional and took the time to listen to my problems

I have no ratings for this doctor. You cannot make an afternoon appointment in advance. You have to call in the morning at 8:00 for same day appointments. Unfortunately when you call at 8:00 a.m. you cannot get thru, as the phone lines are busy and when you finally get an answer at 8:20, there are no more appointments available. Not a proper way to run a doctors office. Giving patients no other option but to go else where....Dr. Garrett I wish you were back I sure miss your care & compassion.
