Oh my gosh I truly had a hard time believing that the Port Colborne and surrounding area could be that lucky. She is by far the most compassionate, caring, loving person you could ever meet. She has definitely left an indelible mark on me. She has a way of totally putting her patients at ease. I cried when I had to say goodbye to her because I was moving out of town. I cannot give her enough accolades.

I have NEVER had to wait more than 5 mins, and the Dr is extremely knowledgeable, caring and accurate. I am very very please that Dr. Bell is my doctor!!
