Can never get through by Phone, have to take the time to drive there n wait in line, certain staff aren't very helpful so makes it bad for the ones that are...

You can't get thru on the telephone to book an appointment, you have to walk in & book. Some of the reception staff have a very poor attitude.

Doctor is great but I can never get an appointment with him without walking into the office to book it. Today alone I spent a total of 2+ hours on hold waiting "in sequence"for my call to be answered only to be disconnected.

I have been going to Dr. Azzopardi for about 12 years. He is very kind, efficient, approachable and will always be very straightforward. He is also fantastic with children. I have 100% confidence in his abilities and would highly recommend him.

I have been seeing Mark since I was pregnant with my daugther and he has been just fabulous!! Very caring, takes the time to really listen and if he doesn't know something, he passes you on to a specialist who does...I would recommend him to anyone!
