I love Dr Long, I can talk to her about anything, my whole family goes to her and she is amazing with my 5 year old daughter, but to get through and make an appointment is absolutely frustrating and rediculious, it never used to be like that, you used to be able to get through as soon as you called, very frustrating

Dr.Long is condescending and says very inappropriate things. She is not up to date on new medical information and gets angry when I ask questions or cite data, "do you have a medical degree? I do!"-yikes what an unprofessional hothead!

Can NEVER get anyone to answer the phone when trying to get an appointment . The Dr. Is great and I love her ....the way the phone is answered is horrible, tired 22 times today and never got a single live person!

Relocated to a new town and Dr. Long was recommended by a friend. So pleased with her knowledge, friendly, compassionate and helpful manner and always leave feeling that my needs were more than met.
