Dr. Duggan is overall a good competent and caring doctor. His door is always open. We are glad to have him in Renfrew and we hope he delays any retirement plans. Being a doctor in this province is no easy task. Doctor's like Dr. Duggan earn every penny and pay way too much taxes like all of us in this province. All the very best to Dr. Duggan his family and staff.
