She is a great Doctor, and always tries her best to make time in the case of urgent requests. She typically has a shorter wait time if you have an infant appointment. Only drawback is the hours. The medical group is only open 8am-4pm, and they typically take a long lunch, so calling in can be a challenge. She is also absent on Fridays, but it is for Cancer Clinic, so can't fault her there.

Dr Langois takes great care in dealing with her patients. She is careful to consider all possibilities and is open to ideas from pharmacists. She will go out of her way to provide the family of patients with all the assistance possible.
