Dr. Robertus is OK as a doctor, but she is never available because she spends all her time on her botox side business. You also have to watch you don't get her on a bad day. Poor bedside manner. She can be quite rude and judgmental. Worst of all, the staff at Pinnacle are exceptionally rude.

My husband and I are Dr. Robertus patients since she started at Pinacle. She has always been very helpful, patient and profesional. We respect and love her and the staff. We have moved away from Richmond Hill, but we are not going to change our family doctor.

On my last visit she was rude and dismissive and didn't know the answers to my questions. I will never go back there. The staff is awful - there is not a smiling face among them.
