Wonderful Doctor and staff. Very easy to talk to and takes time to listen to you. Follows up with tests. Sometimes is a little behind schedule but she makes up for it when you see her. Highly recommended.

Dr Crozier seems mainly motivated by money and does not come across as genuinely caring for her patients well-being, not even for children or babies. Was very disappointed by her.

Dr Crozier is an excellent doctor who cares about her patients and takes the time to investigate complaints and schedule follow up visits. Quickly refers to specialists when needed for further treatment. Staff are very supportive and helpful.

Doctor Crozier is pleasant. I wont rate her medical abilities. I assume she is competent although waiting for an appointment for a month sucks. Diane and Marina are very pleasant, always have been. Joanne is not. She is condescending and rude and cuts you off during conversation aka interrupts. Her manor is more suited for guard duty at a prison, imo. As she makes you feel about an small and not worth her precious time. Talks to you like you're stupid. Cuts you off on the phone. She talks down to you when you are discussing medical issues you are concerned about. As in "let the doctor do the doctoring"...and "where did you get this information, google"? I do not like the idea of receptionists discussing details of medical files. This practice of using a middle person to pass messages back and forth between Dr and patient about details of the medical file is not only annoying but I feel it's unethical, especially if the person doing it has a burr up their butt. I'll give Diane a 5 out of 5 rating. Same with Marina. Both have always been cordial. The caring and helpfulness rating of 5 is for Dr. Crozier, Diane and Marina.

Staff have a poor command of the English language or they wouldnt treat people the way they do if they did. Once you get your first visit over you will find out what they tret you like.Dr Crozier is a very busy lady with looking after all the seniors in a nursing home.Therefore she has to rush everyone thru.

Dr Crozier staff-Joanne is very ignorant with patients-was with Dr Canning before. Dr Crozier aware but does nothing. sends for tests but never gives results.

It is nice to have such a caring doctor. If there is any question re: a complaint she does not hesitate to have tests taken. She never makes you feel like she is in a hurry although she has a busy practise. I think Marina, Dianne and Joanne are very pleasant and act like they care and are happy in their work. Glad I have them all.

I was lucky enough to get into Dr Crozier's family practise. I have a lot of friends that are nurses and worked with Dr Crozier when she worked there, and she came highly reccommended from the staff and by other friends who were seen by her in the ER. She is very knowlegeable and friendly, and doesnt mind taking your suggestions as to what may be wrong with you, or what you would like to rule out. Being a former RN, this means a lot to me as I know a lot about S/Sx of diseases and illnesses. Very sweet and friendly...although there is a little wait usually in the waiting room, and to get an appt in general but is well worth it as she doesnt limit the questions you can ask per visit, and will not cut you off midsentence, or dismiss anything right away without hearing you out. The best Dr I have ever had, by far! Thank you Dr Crozier!!!

Have seen her in the ER a few times (once for headaches when I was pregnant and when my daughter shoved a button up her nose than swallowed it). She is very caring and understanding. Took the time to help us and was wonderful with my daughter.

My daughter was seen in the E.R. By Dr. Crozier and had the best experience. Dr. Crozier took the time to get to the heart of the issue and was extremely thorough in the medical evaluation. Now in the process of further testing. We appreciate her help!
