Most arrogant I've encountered. She reprimanded her staff right in front of me and did not treat me, however, her assistant did. I will never wish her negative behaviour even on an animal.

I left a negative response a few days ago and I'm here again to say the results from todays visit with DR. Avery were much more positive from the care received to the staff attitude. Very happy with DR. Avery and Staff today.
