She is the kindness Doctor I have ever met. She is overworked, but still takes the time when a patient or family needs her.

If you are in the hospital, she doesn't visit you regularly but rather relies on nurses reports or family doctor visits instead, even though she is the primary doctor on file. That's complete and sheer nonsense. What's the point of being a doctor if you don't show up to see your patient.
