Tiny waiting room, you will wait for an hour and then be rushed, you need to climb two flights of stairs - no elevator(saw someone in a wheelchair have to be carried up by strangers), all he wants to do is give you very expensive shots for arthritis you don't actually have. Find a better doctor.
