staff never pick up phoneand unable to make an appointment for medical check. So I decided to make an appointment in person. The staff said no can't do too busy you need to go to walk in. She is my family doctor and I am her patient for more than 20 years and this is the service that I get and can't even get an appointment for check up. I looked around the office, they are too busy doing immigration medical rather than looking after their patient. Because they can get immediate cash$$$. No professional moral. I will have to look for another doctor. If there is a rating of 0 I would pick that. very bad, they only open their for $$$ not the well being of her patients.

I had been a patient of this doctor for a long time. For the past year, I was not able to even make an appointment over the phone. NO one picks it up and it just goes to recording stating not to leave a message. I wanted to make an appointment for yearly checkup. I went to the office yesterday and it was packed with patients. Guess I know why they are not picking up the phone. When I talked to the receptionist, she informed me that the doctor does not do checkups anymore because she does not have the time. I noticed that the patients in the waiting room are either sick or applying for immigration. Guess all the doctor wanted is to grab cash and nothing else at this point. I am now looking for another doctor because this one really don't care about the patient, just the money. If you are looking for a doctor, don't even think about this one as she has letters on the walls stating that new patients need not apply unless you are seeking immigration then it is cash only.
