Doctor is great although I feel rushed and before I'm done explaining the issue, the prescription is being made. Receptionist obviously hates her job and is extremely unwelcoming. Rolls her eyes at everything with a lot of attitude. Any questions or concerns you address her with, she is annoyed and does not give you the information you need. She never fails to make a doctors visit more depressing than it already is.

The staff specially in the reception area (the senior receptionist) actually not very sensitive to patient in most cases she comes out rude and unpleasant. One of the reason why we don't visit the office not unless we have to. As a receptionist it is her job to out a smile on her faced each day for better invironment. I am sure that the doctors losses a lot of patient because of this reason.

Professional, probing, good listening, discussing, documenting, follow-up (by staff) and referring to specialists when needed. I wouldn't swap him for another doctor. A fine fine caring family physician.

I totally agree with all the positive reviews. Dr. Cheng is simply doing what is expected from a family physician. A very good listener and best of all, very empathetic! 2 thumbs up!!

I find him compassionate, caring and always taking his time with you. He listens and your able to complain of more than one symptom. Most doctors want you in and out quickly. Dr. Cheng is wonderful...

Dr Cheng takes the time to listen to you. He is not like other doctors who only treat 1 of your medical problem and you have to go back for the others. For some doctors, it is about swiping the health card, for Dr Cheng it is about the patients
