Dr. Yip has been my family doctor for years, but lately I have had enough. She is a knowledgeable doctor, however, I constantly have to wait hours when I am at her clinic after having made an appointment a week in advance. I recently went in for a blood test which was performed by a woman who used to be Dr. Yip's receptionist, this was already very questionable. I have had issues with that woman for years as she and the other receptionist are often angry, yell at patients and are extremely unreasonable. She decided to exact her anger against me during the blood test by carelessly withdrawing my blood and needlessly poking around with the needle under my skin leading to damage to my veins and pain. Furthermore, she refuses to wash her hands and change her gloves in between patients even though she is working with blood. Her actions are considered assault causing bodily harm. Extremely unprofessional and medically unethical practices. I will not be returning.

Dr Yip's receptionist, Lillian has very poor manners and is very rude. The patients who are afraid to call the doctor's office because they are afraid of the receptionists , are the worst and totally unprofessional. Always rude, impatient, have no manners and disorganized. Lillian & Carrie forgot their income earn from the patients. Dr Yip should handle her patients' complaints. Dr. Yip is an amazing doctor that is very caring and knowledgeable.

Dr Yip is a kind, caring, patience, and loving female doctor. I am very comfortable with her professionalism. All receptionists and nurses are very helpful, nice, and patience.
