I called Dr. Kirsh's Office and the secretary said he left for the day. I asked to book an appointment another day and was told Dr. Kirsh may need to attend to other patients who may be of more priority and she can't schedule anything. I am having an urgent matter that needs attention and now I'm stuck not knowing what to do. Dr. Kirsh is my family doctor and should be the person to help with this matter. I am a person with a disability and many health matters. Is this how people with disabilities are treated?

Dr.Kirsh is the best doctor anyone could ever have. He is accommodating, very caring about his patient's needs, and of course knowledgeable going over and above to help. I am very grateful for his help with my health and to have him as my doctor.

The staff need better customer service skills. I would suggest having one person focus on the front check in while other staff focus answering phones etc. This would create a more welcoming environment. It seems like they ignore your calls at times and make it challenging to make appointments.

Wow....awful client service! Who the heck answers the phone barking "Hold the line!"?? What ever happened to "hello or good morning?"...really bad front line service. Dr. Kirsh himself is awesome. Time to hire new front line staff or get some training for the staff you have.

Has been my doctor for 38 years and has always referred me to the correct doctors when ever it was necessary. Even though I have to drive from Newmarket to see him I would not change to a local doctor just to be closer.
