Most times we wait for 1 hr to 1.5 hrs. for our appointment. Ridiculous. Dr. Chin though, is fantastic ! Helen is friendly but spends too much time goofing around.

Dr. Chin is an excellent physician. Very knowledgeable, patient and always takes time with patients. The wait times and the staff, however, need great improvement and sometimes scheduling an appointment with the secretary is tedious and dismissive.

Dr. Chin is wonderful and has been our GP for almost 20 years. BUT - his staff are too busy and overworked plus they spend too much time laughing and joking around.

Dr. Chin is a very caring doctor. Always willing to listen, very kind and helpful. I don't mind waiting because I believe he a doctor who care's for his patient.

Dr chin is a great healthcare professional, however I do believe his front desk staff could be better. Talking in one's language, or ignoring a person for so long while waiting to be checked in are the major problems

I have been seeing doctor Chin before I had n=my first child who his now 18 yrs. He is the best doctor,caring understanding and all my 4 children love him dearly. Doctor you are the best.Thanks for taking care of my family.
