Information dissemination is important between doctor/staff and patient. Patients should not be left doing what doctor's staff should do (i.e, automatic cancellation of related medical tests if surgery is postponed/cancelled). Doctors/staff should also be easily accessible on urgent medical matters. Concern for patients should be treated with urgency/importance.
