Dr. Tam - an excellent, compassionate medical professional. Gives me confidence in the health care field. Receptionist at her office on Kennedy...is abrupt but efficient. It is all good.

Dr. Tam is a wonderful doctor. She is very caring & knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about her receptionist. She is extremely rude in person & over the phone. When you call to make an appointment &/or get clarity on what she has said, she hangs up on you.
